The supervisory team from the Archives Office of Universitas Sumatera Utara supervised and guided archiving at the Dental and Oral Hospital of Universitas Sumatera Utara on July 16, 2024. This activity aimed to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of information management. Through this program, archive staff received in-depth training on archive management standards aligned with regulations and institutional needs.

The objectives and focus of the archive supervision and guidance were to ensure the implementation of archival policies, with success indicators including the availability of active archives in processing units, inactive archives in archival units, and static archives in the archival institution of Universitas Sumatera Utara.
