The Dental and Oral Hospital of Universitas Sumatera Utara (RSGM USU) held a Capacity Building event on December 16-17, 2023, at Hotel Sibayak Internasional, Berastagi. This event aimed to enhance competencies and strengthen relationships among the Civitas Hospitalia of RSGM USU. The program invited two speakers: Dr. Abdillah Arif Nasution, SE., M.Si., Ak, CA., QGIA, who presented material on Internal Governance Oversight in the Universitas Sumatera Utara Environment and Dr. Nurman Achmad, S.Sos., M.Soc.Sc, delivered a session on Bureaucratic Reform and Mental Development.
The event continued with performance evaluations presented by: Mrs. Mira Husna Nasution, SKM, Head of General Administration, HR, and Finance Division, and Drg. Gebby Gabrina, Head of Medical, Non-Medical, Support, and Nursing Services Division. The evaluation presentations were led by the Director, Drg. Siti Salmiah, Sp.KGA.Subsp.KKA(K). These efforts will likely drive RSGM USU towards becoming a superior-quality dental and oral hospital.
