Universitas Sumatera Utara Dental and Oral Hospital held a coordination meeting led by drg. Siti Salmiah, Sp.KGA, Subsp.KKA(K) as Director. The meeting, held on October 02, 2024, in the RSGM USU meeting room, was attended by the Deputy Director of RSGM USU drg. Ranu Putra Armidin, M.K.M, Heads of Division, Head of Installation, and Head of Unit. At this meeting, we discussed various matters developing in RSGM, including improving health services, RSGM USU towards educational accreditation, and efforts to improve patient satisfaction.
On this occasion, the head of the field submitted an updated report on the activities and challenges faced and provided ideas for solutions to overcome existing problems, so it was hoped that it could create better synergy between units. Through this meeting, RSGM USU is committed to continuously improving service quality and adapting to developments in the world of health.
