A service evaluation meeting for the Radiology Department was led by RSGM USU's Deputy Director, Drg. Ranu Putra Armidin, M.K.M., and attended by Drg. Dewi Kartika, MDSc, Head of Medical, Non-Medical, Supporting Medical Services, and RSGM USU's SIMRS operators. The meeting, held on September 10, 2024, aimed to assess the department's performance over a specific period and identify areas for improvement.
Key agenda items included discussing service efficiency, patient satisfaction, and adopting the latest technologies to enhance service quality. Participants presented evaluation reports, highlighting challenges faced and solutions implemented. A deep discussion was held to formulate strategies and improvement plans to improve the quality of radiology services. The outcomes of this meeting are expected to facilitate better performance and positively impact patient experiences in the future.
