In-house training to Improve Service Quality at RSGM USU through the Development of Clinical Practice Guidelines (PPK) and Clinical Pathways

The Dental and Oral Hospital of Universitas Sumatera Utara successfully held an in-house training session at the OSCE Isolation Room, Building B, FKG USU, on August 13, 2024. This activity aimed to improve service quality at RSGM USU by developing high-quality Clinical Practice Guidelines (PPK) and Clinical Pathways. The training was attended by the Director, Deputy Director I, the Medical Committee, the Medical Staff Group (KSM), Specialist Program Heads, and PPDGS students of RSGM USU.
The training featured two main speakers. The first speaker, Prof. drg. Trimurni Abidin, Sp.KG. Subsp.KE(K)., M.Kes, delivered a presentation on developing PPK and Clinical Pathways in dentistry via a Zoom meeting. Meanwhile, the second speaker, Dr. Mohammad Fahdhy, SpOG, MSc, discussed the importance of clinical guidelines and pathways.
This training is expected to provide medical staff with deeper insights and skills and improve the quality of service and clinical practice standards at RSGM USU.
