RSGM USU Administrative Staff Become University Representatives to Attend Archive Training to Improve Administrative Efficiency

USU Dental and Oral Hospital was one of the work units at Universitas Sumatera Utara, which became the University's representative in the technical training of the 23rd and 24th batches of archival basics. The activity held by the Center for Employee Education and Training of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology was attended by RSGM USU Administrative Staff Rudi Salim, S.Sos as an archivist. This training took place online through Zoom for 5 days from September 30 to October 5, 2024. As one of the participants representing Universitas Sumatera Utara, the administrative staff had the opportunity to deepen their understanding of the importance of systematic and efficient archive management in supporting smooth administration.

 

Through this training, participants received various relevant materials on archiving techniques, document management, and the importance of archives in an organizational context. With the new skills acquired, the administrative staff of RSGM USU is expected to apply the knowledge gained to improve the quality of archive management in the work environment. This will support operational efficiency and contribute to transparency and accountability in public administration.
