The Director of the Dental and Oral Hospital of Universitas Sumatera Utara (RSGM USU) led a strategic meeting involving the Heads of Medical Staff Groups, the Heads of the Medical and Non-Medical Services Division, Paramedic and Nursing Support Division, Education, Research, and Community Service Division, Operations and Marketing Division, General Administration, Human Resources, and Finance Division, as well as the Heads of the Outpatient Installation, Emergency Installation, and Accreditation and Cooperation Unit.
This meeting, held on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, at the RSGM USU meeting room, aimed to develop a comprehensive plan for the upcoming RSGM USU Anniversary celebration, including seminars and social service activities. Additionally, the meeting discussed the plan to open services for insured patients at RSGM USU and other critical matters to improve medical and non-medical service quality.
During the discussion, the Director and the heads of medical staff and other divisions and units emphasized the importance of cross-sector collaboration to achieve shared goals. They also underlined the need to ensure smooth and efficient preparations for the RSGM USU Anniversary and the opening of insurance services to deliver the best care for the community. Concrete steps were outlined to ensure the success of these events while continuing to enhance the service standards at RSGM USU moving forward.
