The Dental and Oral Hospital of Universitas Sumatera Utara held a routine Directors' meeting in the RSGM USU meeting room on February 18, 2025. The meeting, led by RSGM USU Director Drg. Siti Salmiah, Sp.KGA, Subsp.KKA (K), was attended by Deputy Director Drg. Ranu Putra Armidin, MKM, and the Heads of Departments (Kabid) of RSGM USU, as well as each Unit Head. The main agenda of the meeting included the presentation of performance reports from each department, providing an overview of achievements and challenges faced during January - February 2025. Additionally, the meeting discussed the current state of facilities and operations, and planned steps to be taken to improve future performance.
The discussion in the meeting also covered various other developments that require immediate attention and action. The participants provided constructive feedback to improve services and facilities at the Dental and Oral Hospital of Universitas Sumatera Utara (RSGM USU) and identified areas needing further improvement and development. With the implementation of this meeting, it is hoped that RSGM USU can continue to enhance the quality of services to the community and strengthen coordination between units to achieve common goals.
