To enhance the quality of healthcare services, the Dental and Oral Hospital of Universitas Sumatera Utara (RSGM USU) has taken an important step by conducting a benchmarking visit focused on preparing for the launch of BPJS (Social Security Administrator) Health Services. The visit was conducted at Prof. Dr. Chairuddin Panusunan Lubis Teaching Hospital, Universitas Sumatera Utara, from May 13–15, 2024. This initiative aims to ensure that all aspects of healthcare services, particularly dental and oral health, are ready to meet community needs with affordable and high-quality care.

During the visit, the RSGM USU team shared knowledge and experience with the staff and management of Prof. Dr. Chairuddin Panusunan Lubis Hospital. They reviewed various aspects of preparation, including administrative management and compliance with BPJS Health service standards. Through this benchmarking effort, RSGM USU aims to identify areas for improvement and adopt best practices to ensure the successful and sustainable implementation of BPJS Health services at RSGM USU.
