The Dental and Oral Hospital of Universitas Sumatera Utara (RSGM USU) held an online consultation meeting to discuss strategies for improving patient services. The meeting was attended by the Deputy Director of RSGM USU, the Heads of Medical, Non-Medical, Support, and Nursing Services, the Heads of Operations and Marketing, Education, Research, and Community Service, Public Relations Unit Heads, and Public Relations staff.
Chaired by the Deputy Director of RSGM USU, Drg. Ranu Putra Armidin, M.KM., the meeting emphasized the importance of team coordination to ensure quality services and efficiency in patient care processes.
Key discussions included scheduling online consultations and optimizing the use of digital platforms for consultations. This teledentistry initiative will collaborate with clinical programs involving PSPPDG students under the direct supervision of professional dentists from RSGM USU. The outcomes of this meeting are expected to have a significant positive impact on dental and oral healthcare services at RSGM USU.
