The Coordination Meeting of Department Heads at the Dental and Oral Hospital of Universitas Sumatera Utara, held on Thursday, May 16, 2024, at the RSGM USU meeting room, was a focal point for defining the institution's strategic direction. The main agenda of the meeting was to discuss updates to job descriptions and align them with the latest organizational governance structure at RSGM USU.
Department Heads actively presented their perspectives, highlighting the challenges and opportunities faced by RSGM USU in an ever-evolving landscape. These discussions laid the groundwork for formulating concrete measures to strengthen the organizational foundation, enhance synergy between units and installations, and ensure the delivery of superior dental healthcare services. The strategic decisions made during the meeting reflect a shared commitment to establishing RSGM USU as a center of excellence in dental and oral healthcare services in North Sumatra.
