RSGM USU (Dental and Oral Hospital of Universitas Sumatera Utara) held a socialization session on the preparation for using AdMedika insurance related to service flow and the AdPas AdMedika system on December 19, 2024. This activity aimed to provide a deeper understanding to all related parties about the procedures and mechanisms of insurance services. The socialization was attended by the Director of RSGM USU, Drg. Siti Salmiah, Sp.KGA., Subsp.KKA (K), the Deputy Director of RSGM USU, Drg. Ranu Putra Armidin, MKM, the Heads of Departments at RSGM USU, administrative staff, the Finance Department of RSGM USU, and the Hospital Information System Operators of RSGM USU, both in person in the meeting room and via the Zoom platform to accommodate participants who could not attend physically.

Through this socialization, it is hoped that all participants can gain comprehensive knowledge about the insurance claim procedures, verification process, and the steps needed to use the AdPas AdMedika system. This is expected to make the insurance service process for patients more efficient and effective, and to reduce potential obstacles in the future. This socialization is an important initial step to enhance the quality of service at RSGM USU and ensure that all involved parties can adapt to the new system that will be implemented.
