RSGM USU held a coordination meeting on 12 November 2025 to discuss the evaluation of annual reports, strategic operational issues, and efforts to improve dental and oral healthcare services within Universitas Sumatera Utara.
The meeting, held in the 2nd Floor Meeting Room of RSGM USU, was chaired by the Director of RSGM USU, drg. Siti Salmiah, Sp.KGA., Subsp.KKA(K), FICD, and attended by Acting Deputy Director drg. Ranu Putra Armidin, MKM; Head of Medical and Non-Medical Services Division drg. Muhammad Kadafi Hasibuan, Sp.KG; Head of Education, Research, and Community Service Division drg. Gebby Gabrina; Head of Operations and Marketing Division drg. Emalia Rosalina; and Head of HR and Finance Division Mira Husna Nst, SKM.
During the meeting, each division discussed the preparation of annual reports, reviewed strategic issues related to hospital operations, and formulated concrete steps to improve the quality of dental and oral healthcare services. The discussion also emphasized synergy and cross-division coordination to strengthen hospital performance and reinforce the role of RSGM USU as an excellent center for education and community service within Universitas Sumatera Utara.
The Director emphasized that a collaborative spirit and transparency among divisions are key to achieving the hospital’s vision as a leading dental service and education institution in North Sumatra. Continuous evaluation and strategic updates will be carried out to enhance operational efficiency, patient service quality, and support for the tridharma of higher education.
Through this coordination meeting, RSGM USU’s leadership expressed optimism in providing professional, innovative, and competitive dental health services while supporting education and research in dentistry at USU.
