The Dental and Oral Hospital of Universitas Sumatera Utara held a Coordination Meeting between the Directors and all medical and non-medical staff on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, in the RSGM USU Service Lobby. Led by the Director, the meeting aimed to discuss service preparations during the month of Ramadan and enhance coordination among teams to create a harmonious and conducive work environment for patients and medical staff. Additionally, the meeting was a heartfelt moment as the entire RSGM USU family bid farewell to several staff members who are moving on to new career opportunities.
This farewell was made more memorable with prayers and sincere wishes for their success in their new endeavors. The warm atmosphere reminded everyone of the importance of togetherness and mutual support.
As part of efforts to strengthen the bonds between leadership and staff, the event continued with a communal meal, known as liwetan. This activity aimed not only to enhance camaraderie but also to support each other in welcoming Ramadan with a spirit of togetherness and a clean heart.
