The Dental and Oral Hospital Director of Universitas Sumatera Utara initiated an English Capacity Building program for all RSGM USU staff, from October 1 to November 21 in the RSGM USU Meeting Room.

The Dental and Oral Hospital Director of Universitas Sumatera Utara initiated an English capacity-building program for all RSGM USU staff from October 1 to November 21 in the RSGM USU Meeting Room. Ten staff members from service areas were selected to attend 24 training sessions. The program aims to improve their English language skills, support the improvement of better health services, and strengthen communication with patients and partners. This activity is expected to equip staff with the necessary skills to face global challenges in the healthcare field.
