Deputy Director of Universitas Sumatera Utara Dental and Oral Hospital (RSGM USU), Drg. Ranu Putra Armidin, M.K.M., and Head of Operations at RSGM USU, Drg. Kadafi Hasibuan, Sp.KG, participated in a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on the development plans for Poltekkes Kemenkes Medan on August 30, 2024. The discussion was held in person at Poltekkes Kemenkes Medan and virtually via Zoom. It was attended by the Director General of Health Workers (Dirjen Nakes) from the Ministry of Health and the Supervisory Board (Dewas) of Poltekkes.
The event aimed to formulate development strategies that would support the advancement of education and healthcare services at the institution. The collaboration between RSGM USU, Poltekkes Kemenkes Medan, and relevant parties such as Dirjen Nakes and Dewas Poltekkes was expected to create an effective synergy in achieving institutional development goals. Discussions and evaluations were conducted to ensure that all steps aligned with stakeholders' needs and expectations and contributed to improving the overall quality of education and healthcare services.
