The Dental and Oral Hospital of Universitas Sumatera Utara conducted a socialization session on the use of AdMedika insurance for services at RSGM USU on January 23, 2024. The session was attended by the Director of RSGM USU, drg. Siti Salmiah, Sp. KGA., Subsp.KKA (K), the Deputy Director of RSGM USU, drg. Ranu Putra Armidin, MKM, the Head of Medical, Non-Medical, Medical Support, and Nursing Services, drg. Muhammad Kadafi Hasibuan, Sp. KG, the Head of Operations and Marketing, drg. Emalia Rosalina, dental nurses, and related units, including the Administration and Finance departments. The aim was to provide a deeper understanding of the benefits and procedures for using AdMedika insurance in dental and oral health services. This event was held in person in the RSGM USU meeting room and via the Zoom platform, allowing participation from all RSGM USU staff.
As a speaker, a representative from AdMedika provided an in-depth explanation of the claim mechanism, insurance benefits, and the procedures patients need to follow to utilize this insurance service at RSGM USU. This socialization is expected to enhance the understanding of RSGM USU staff and facilitate patients in accessing dental health services using AdMedika insurance facilities, thereby making healthcare services at RSGM USU more optimal and efficient.
