The Dental and Oral Hospital of Universitas Sumatera Utara (RSGM USU) received an official working visit from the Business Management Agency of Universitas Sumatera Utara on Thursday, March 6, 2025, to conduct monitoring and evaluation. The visit aimed to assess the performance, efficiency, and sustainability of business operations at RSGM USU. The meeting was held in the RSGM USU Meeting Room and attended by various stakeholders, including RSGM USU Director Drg. Siti Salmiah, Sp.KGA., Subsp.KKA(K), Vice Director Drg. Ranu Putra Armidin, MKM, Head of General Administration, Human Resources and Finance Mira Husna Nasution, SKM, Head of Finance Unit Haris Fabillah, A.Md, and other finance staff. Muhammad Da'iDa'i Kuncoro, SE, Business Development Staff, and two other staff members from the Business Management Agency were also in attendance.
The purpose of this visit was to evaluate various operational aspects, including achieving business goals and financial management, and to identify necessary actions to ensure the sustainability and future development of RSGM USU. This evaluation is crucial to improve RSGM USU's performance and support more efficient and effective management moving forward.
