The Dental and Oral Hospital of Universitas Sumatera Utara (RSGM USU) held a virtual meeting with AdMedika, one of Indonesia's largest health insurance providers, on May 7, 2024, in the RSGM USU Meeting Room. AdMedika, part of the Telkom Indonesia Group, has led the Third-Party Administrator (TPA) industry for 17 years.
Led by RSGM USU Director Drg. Siti Salmiah, Sp.KGA.Subsp.KKA(K), Acting Deputy Director I Drg. Ranu Putra Armidin, M.K.M., and the Collaboration Team, the meeting discussed partnership opportunities to develop innovative insurance products tailored to market needs and leverage the latest technology for service improvement.
The collaboration aims to enhance efficiency, customer service, and fraud prevention while helping RSGM USU expand its market reach and provide more comprehensive, integrated healthcare services.
