The visit from the Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) Collaboration Bureau to the Dental and Oral Hospital of Universitas Sumatera Utara (RSGM USU) on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, served as a critical moment for monitoring and evaluating the achievements of collaborative efforts throughout 2023.
The delegation from the USU Collaboration Bureau was welcomed by representatives of RSGM USU's Board of Directors, including the Head of Operations and Marketing, Drg. Muhammad Kadafi Hasibuan, the Head of Accreditation and Cooperation Unit, Nur Heffina, S.Sos, and Cooperation Staff, Rudi Salim, S.Sos.
This meeting allowed RSGM USU to present its achievements and discuss the challenges faced in collaborative efforts during the previous year. The discussion between the Collaboration Bureau delegation and hospital representatives became an essential platform for formulating strategies to improve and enhance future partnerships, advance healthcare services' quality and expand the collaboration's positive impact.
